Fees & Insurance

Session Fees (self-pay rates)

• Individual Counseling: $120 per 50-55 minute session
• Initial Intake Appointment: $135 per 55-60 minute session

Insurance

I am in-network with the following insurance providers:

• Anthem BCBS
• United Healthcare/Optum
• Aetna
• Cigna
• Medicare

Please note; I do not file with secondary insurances.

If I am not in-network with your insurance:

• I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
• It is your responsibility to verify with your insurance whether they will reimburse out-of-network mental health services.

Helpful questions to ask your insurance provider:

1. Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
2. Is telehealth covered?
3. What is my deductible and has it been met?
4. What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?
5. How many sessions are covered per year?

Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service.
• Accepted Method: Credit, Debit, or HSA cards via HIPAA-compliant portal

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows will be charged a $60 fee.
• Exceptions may be made in case of emergencies, at the therapist’s discretion.
